  • Overview

    This position is a key part of the organization’s Corporate Analytics group, working across departments to turn data into actionable insights by using data mining techniques as well as statistical analyses and business intelligence platforms. This individual will work to help solve business problems by identifying insights, building solutions, and presenting as well as implementing their findings. This individual will also be responsible leading relationships with key vendors and leveraging their support to deliver on the organization’s business analytics needs.

    1. Continue to build respect and trust between all internal business departments and analytics to influence business strategies and solutions.
    2. Access, organize, and query data within SQL to pull data and optimize reporting.
    3. Create and maintain visual reporting within Tableau for various properties and products as well as manage Tableau server for internal stakeholder.s
    4. Leverage statistical tools such as R to identify deeper insights.
    5. Manage relationships with key external vendors in order to prioritize and maintain the flow of projects
    6. Seek projects of interest that provide insightful information for business decisions and present to leadership.
    7. Help inform performance metrics for sales and marketing automation assisting in campaign optimization.
    8. Other duties as assigned.


    • A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a marketing/business analyst or related position.
    • Bachelors or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences.
    • Proficiency in the use of Tableau and Structured Query Language (SQL) is a plus.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and support multiple high level positions.
    • Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.
    • Strong teamwork aptitude required.
    • Demonstrated ability to tell a story with numbers/data.
    • Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Office, Word.
    • The ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks.
