Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) is looking for a Brand Operations Representative who will be responsible for assisting the brand operations team with developing and executing projects. The Brand Operations Representative will assist the Associate Production Manager with tracking progress from project initiation through completion and assist with daily functions and logistics for all projects.
This is a part-time, seasonal, yearlong position projected to start July 2024 and end July 2025. In addition, it is preferred that you are able to be in-office 90% of the time.

The Event Security II-Supervisor (P/T) will assign, direct, and train security guards regarding their assignments while monitoring and evaluating work performance. This position is responsible for providing a safe environment at the Frost Bank Center, Toyota Field, and grounds on event days. The Event Security Guard II-Supervisor (P/T) will oversee all door/gate screening staff which includes bag checks, walkthrough magnetometers, x-ray machines and hand-held metal detectors. This position will be responsible for overseeing assigned guards to verify event credentials access to restricted areas at Frost Bank Center and Toyota Field.
Starting pay is $13.50/hr. and will increase to $16.50/hr. after 90 days of employment.
All SS&E Security personal are required to obtain and maintain a Level II Non-Commissioned Security License from the Texas Department of Public Safety within the first 90 days of employment. The pay increase is contingent on obtaining a Level II Non-Commissioned Security License. Failure to obtain a Level II Non-Commissioned Security License within the first 90 days may result in termination of employment.

This position is responsible for providing direct leadership to our Guest Services staff, assuring all guests are treated like family and that memorable moments are created before, during and after their visit.
The eligible candidate will will model Spurs Sports & Entertainment company values (Integrity, Success & Caring) and coach Part-Time Guest Services Representatives to do the same. This position will also be responsible for preparing nightly paperwork, ensuring Guest Services locations are always event-ready, briefing the staff on event details, offering supervisory assistance, and submitting paperwork at the end of the night. A Lead Representative will also assist with various service initiatives and is responsible for general administrative assistance and other event coordination duties as assigned by their direct reports.
The eligible candidate should meet a multitude of qualifications, including but not limited to: willingness to work up to 28 hours a week and maintain flexible schedules that allow them to work evenings, weekends, holidays and some daytime events. They also must be comfortable working all SS&E Events, including but not limited to: basketball games, hockey games, concerts, family shows and special events.

The Talent Academy Associate program is a transformative 1 to 2-year cohort program designed to invest in the next generation of sports and entertainment professionals. The ROCK at La Cantera is a 44 acre campus that will include the Victory Capital Performance Center - home to the San Antonio Spurs, the Frost Plaza, a 22-acre Park, and over 400,000 SF of restaurant, retail, office, and medical spaces.
This position is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Operations Manager with support and oversight of facilities systems, and critical equipment on the campus. The Maintenance Operations Coordinator will oversee maintenance supply and tool inventories and procurement. The ideal candidate must be able to plan and prioritize internal maintenance projects, and effectively schedule assigned vendors and contractors. This position demands flexibility and attention to detail to be effective as Team commitments, and The ROCK’s event schedule are subject to change. A high level of personal order, customer service, and personability is required to be successful in this role.

The Spurs Basketball Camp coach is a seasonal contracted position that facilitates basketball camps Monday-Friday during designated camp weeks. This position is a week-by-week position that depends on number of athletes and availability. Coaching positions usually occur during summer, fall, winter and spring break time periods. Experience can vary from middle school, high school, or college coaching experience, to student coaching or coaching internship experience. Coaches will have experience working with children and exude a professional image at all times as they are the face of our basketball camps for our campers and their families. Coaches must take full pride in representing Spurs Sports and Entertainment in a professional manner.

As the Spurs Sports Academy (SSA) Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to improve the impact of our youth sports initiatives, enhance youth engagement with the brand, and ensure equal access to sports opportunities. You will work closely with the Associate Manager for Youth Sports Enablement to enhance the sales and service processes of the academy. This role requires close collaboration with program managers, internal departments, and external partners to identify needs and implement effective solutions. Your tasks will include managing client relationships, organizing promotional activities, and providing administrative assistance to increase participant numbers and revenue for youth sports programs.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for learning, innovation, and maintaining a customer-centric mindset is essential for success in this role.
